Hi, I’m Eddie — owner of House of Payne.

I’ve been working in construction and finish carpentry for over 30 years, including time as a foreman for a general contracting company. I’ve done everything from detailed finish work to full job sites, and over time you learn that doing things right the first time makes all the difference.

I’m pretty easygoing and straightforward to work with. I show up when I say I will, keep things clear, and focus on getting the job done right without making it complicated.

When you call, you’re dealing directly with me — not a big company or a middleman. I take pride in clean, solid work and making sure you’re happy with the result.
